Ghost Pepper Beef Jerky
Scorchys hand-crafted ghost pepper jerky, small batch. The heat shows up after the first chew.
Beef jerky seasoned with ghost pepper, which means the snack itself is a commitment. Chewy, smoky, savoury beef that turns into fire about three chews in.
It's jerky for people who want their road-trip snack to also be a test of character. Keep water in the cup holder.
