Trinidad Moruga Scorpion

Trinidad Moruga Scorpion hot sauce. Scorpion pepper heat, a clear step above ghost pepper.

The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion was once the hottest chilli ever measured, and this sauce doesn't try to hide it. It's fruity, then ferocious, then a memory.

There's a real flavour under the heat, a kind of tropical brightness, but you have to fight through the burn to find it. Worth it, if you're that kind of person.
