Delivery windows and why they matter for gifts

A delivery window is the gap between the earliest and latest a box might arrive. It is not a promise of one exact day, and understanding that changes how you plan a gift. Here is how we read the window and use it.

What a window actually tells you

When a carrier says three to five days, they are giving a range, not a schedule. The box could land on day three or day five, and both count as on time. For everyday orders that is fine. For a gift tied to a date, it means you plan for the late end, not the early one.

Plan for the late edge

The smart move is to assume the gift arrives at the far end of the window and order with that in mind. If a birthday is on the tenth and the window is three to five days, order so day five still lands before the tenth. That buffer is what keeps a gift from becoming a sorry it is late.

Wider windows are cheaper for a reason

Standard shipping gives a wider window, which is part of why it costs less. The carrier has room to batch parcels efficiently. If the date matters, paying for a tighter window is buying back that slack.

For the delivery windows in your country, the delivery page breaks it down. And the gift boxes page shows what is worth the planning.

Frequently asked questions

Is a delivery window guaranteed?

It is an estimate. Weather and holidays can push the late edge out further.

How do I know the window for my order?

It shows at checkout and on our delivery page, by country.

Can I get a same day window?

Not for most cross border orders, but express narrows the range a lot.
