Scottish Haggis

Canned whole haggis from Stahly, a Scottish butcher family trading since 1927.

Proper Scottish haggis, lamb and oats and onion and spice, cooked in a casing and dense as a good story. It's the national dish of Scotland and somehow still a punchline for people who've never tried it.

Fry it, mash some potatoes and turnips, and you've got a proper Burns Night plate. It's savoury, peppery, oatmeal-rich, and nothing like the horror stories suggest.
