We're going back to SIAL Paris

This October we're heading back to SIAL Paris, the world's biggest food trade show. It's where a good chunk of the snacks in your boxes came from, and in a few weeks we'll be walking those same halls again, tasting everything in sight.
Why we keep going back
SIAL is big, loud, and exhausting, and we go back every year because it works.
Walking the floor is how we meet the small brands that never show up in a normal catalogue. The pickle pouch. The fermented soda. The crisp flavour that sounds like a dare. Most of those started as a ten minute chat at a stand nobody else had stopped at.

What we're scouting this year
We're going in with a shortlist. More heat, because you keep asking for it. More sour, because it sells out. And at least one thing so strange we're not sure we can sell it, which is usually the one everyone wants first.
We're also watching for snacks that survive shipping without a fight. Great taste is only half the job. If it crumbles on the way to your door, it doesn't make the box.
Come find us
If you're going to the show, come say hi. We'll be in the hot sauce and confectionery halls, carrying more samples than is sensible.
And if you're not going, the good finds will start showing up in the gift boxes a few weeks after we land. That's the whole point of the trip.
Frequently asked questions
When is SIAL Paris?
October 2026. We'll share what we found once we're back.
Will the new snacks show up in the boxes?
Yes. The best finds get tested, then land in new boxes and the existing lineup.
Can I ask you to look for something?
Of course. Send us a message and we'll keep an eye out on the floor.

Express or standard: shipping a gift that matters
The difference between express and standard is mostly time, but time is exactly what a gift needs. Here is how to choose.

What actually drives gift box shipping costs
Shipping price is not random. Weight, size, and distance do most of the work, and two of the three are in your hands.

Why food beats pens as conference swag
Pens end up in a junk drawer. Snacks end up eaten and remembered. Here's why edible swag wins every single time.
